Porcelain Veneers are thin shells of ceramic that are bonded to the front surfaces of teeth for a beautiful smile transformation. They are individually crafted for each patient in order to achieve a desired cosmetic outcome with a material that resembles the appearance of natural enamel. A number of aesthetic corrections may be made using veneers including tooth color, shape and some repositioning of teeth. Porcelain veneers are lifelike in appearance and have a wide array of functions making them often an important part of cosmetic dentistry.
- Multiple structural or cosmetic issues with teeth
- Chipped or cracked teeth
- Caps or spaces between teeth
- Discoloration that whitening alone will not fix
- Minor misalignment
We make a thorough assessment of conditions including health, function and aesthetics. Photos and models are usually made. We discover with the patient their desired outcome and expectations and make a plan that achieves the patient's goals. During treatment, we use the provisionals (temporaries) to work out the aesthetics and function with the patient. In this way we co-discover our desired outcome and communicate this to the laboratory making the restorations.
Make an appointment for an exam and cosmetic consultation. You will have one on one time with the doctor to communicate what you would like to achieve with your smile! We will do our best to show you what is possible using photos and mock-up on models. Get ready to love your smile!
